1st of all the property location that make my 訂房網站 gave was of some other hotel. It was a rainy night and it was very difficult for us to reach the og location. We finally reached the hotel but there was only one staff and he was very drunk. Before i bookef here i read the reviews and some reviews mentioned drunk receptionist. I thought now it would have been changed but no. Even though it was an ac room, we cannot adjust the temperature. The fan works only at one speed. Hot water was not working. I actually came for an interview next day and it was a one night stay for me so i adjusted. Families or tourist coming here, pls find some other good hotels/resorts. This is not at all family friendly. If you are coming here for just a one night stay, it would be okay, you can adjust.

Room was very congested, we didn't able to charge phones because all plugs was damaged, and receptionist was drunk also, it was very bad experience.

Food was not good they served 1 aloo pratha between 3 people and a very little quantity of poha it was ok ok. Location was the best, hotel was avarage.

Worst experience its was, frequently power cut, no service provided properly, what shown in pictures are completely different, pool waterfall is not working, when we ask staff to help the hav their own attitude, no basic things are provided like toothpaste n brush.

It was a very bad experience for us, the staff ms. Teju didn't know how to interact with guests. They talk very rudely. they made us wait for half an hour, and the *** who came to give us the room drank a lot. The main thing is the room was very unhygienic and dirty. There was a foul smell in the room when we asked for room freshener they said we already spread and refused to give again. When we asked for the bill at the time of check out, they told us that we would have to wait for 3 hours. This was a very bad stay for us. We will never suggest this hotel to anyone. This was the worst experience ever. When we asked the receptionist for toothpaste he said our owner would not provide service that service if you want then you have to pay petrol charges.

I hired a single bed room for one day. I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The room is too small. Geyser is not working. Ac is not working properly. Wifi signals are poor. No tv. No intercom phone. Average hygiene. The employee's response is somewhat good.

Bathroom had one small light it was very low not filling like hotel room very dirty bathroom one liqude some which we used for all purpose it was smelling like very bad. Room cleaning was very bad no regular cleaning. Rooms had spider nets too-much dust. In break fast wadapav as mention breakfast included. We got cup of tea which had black durt on the rim T v was not recharged so we were unable to watch. No single bottol of water bottol being served. As mention it was just opposite. It was my very bad experience with the hotel. It was just deg-aster for us.
